The studio
Halverne is a small studio of architects and interior designers.
We work on homes, workplaces and small public buildings. Most of our projects come from people who have lived with a building for years and know exactly what isn't working.
We keep the studio small on purpose: the people you meet at the start are the people who draw your project and see it built.
How we work

Before drawing anything, we spend time understanding the days and routines the building has to support.
Plain, lasting materials
We choose materials that are honest about what they are, and that look better with age.
Room to change
Good buildings adapt. We plan for the next use as well as the first one.
