Features
Everything about an order, on one screen
Built for small online shops that ship every day and answer “where is my order?” too often.
Every order in one place
Orders from your shop arrive in one list, with their delivery status beside them — no switching between carrier websites.
Delays surface first
Held-up parcels rise to the top, so you can tell a customer before they have to ask.
A clear daily picture
Orders over time, deliveries by status and the day’s open issues, on one overview.
Connects to your shop
A typed API layer reads orders and customers, so the same screens work with any back end.
Private by default
Customer details stay in your account. Nothing is shared with third parties.
Works on any screen
The dashboard is fully usable on a phone, a tablet or a desktop — at the warehouse or at home.

Questions
Before you open the dashboard
Is Trackhaven a real product?
No. Trackhaven is a fictional product that WebCRG built to demonstrate React and Next.js development. The orders, customers and figures are sample data.
Can I try the dashboard?
Yes — open the dashboard from any page. Search, filter, sort and open orders; change your settings. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
Why is it so fast?
The marketing pages are pre-built as HTML when the site is built, so there is nothing to wait for on the server. The dashboard loads its data from a small API and shows skeletons while it arrives.
See it with sample orders
Search, filter and open 140 fictional orders — everything runs in your browser.
