When you use WebCRG, you trust us with some of your information. We collect as little as we can and explain plainly what happens to it.

What we collect
- Enquiries — the name, email address, company (optional), service of interest and project details you send through our enquiry form, together with your confirmation that we may use them to reply.
- Comments — the name, email address and comment you submit, plus your IP address and browser details to help catch spam.
- Visits — our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use enquiries
We use enquiries only to reply to you and to discuss the project you describe. They are stored in our website's database and may also be forwarded to our own email inbox. We keep them until we delete them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Cookies
Cookies are set only when you log in or choose to save your details with a comment, so the site can remember you. Comment cookies last up to a year; login cookies last two days, or two weeks with “Remember Me”.
Content from other sites
Embedded videos or articles, and comment avatars from Gravatar, are loaded from the services that provide them, and those services may collect data under their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or erase it. Send your request through our enquiry form and we will reply by email.
