One order, three outside services
Place an order and watch the API work with a payment provider, an email service and a CRM. The three services are simulated, but the API treats them as it would real ones: it verifies signed webhooks, records every step, and retries when a service is down.

When a service is down
New orders still go through. The CRM sync retries after 1, 2 and 4 seconds, then is parked, not lost. Bring the CRM back and replay it.
A forged webhook
The webhook address is public, as it must be for the provider to reach it. Anyone can send to it; only requests signed with the shared secret are accepted.
